These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the vjll platform, including all casino games, sports betting, bingo, slot games, and related services. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering or placing any wagers at vjll.

KYC documents required include a valid government-issued photo ID (such as UMID, SSS card, PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, or Passport) and a contemporaneous selfie photograph for facial matching. Providing false, fabricated, or misleading KYC documentation is a criminal offence under Philippine law and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vjll Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. The Operator will never request your full password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. You must notify the Operator immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. The Operator accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where the Player has failed to maintain the security of their login credentials, has shared credentials with a third party, or has otherwise contributed to the unauthorized access through their own negligence or misconduct.
The Operator reserves the right to lock or suspend an Account where suspicious activity is detected, including but not limited to unusual login patterns, uncharacteristic wagering behavior, or simultaneous logins from multiple geographic locations.
Deposits may be made to your vjll Account using the payment methods listed on the Platform's Cashier page, which currently include GCash, Maya, BDO InstaPay, BPI Online, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed within the Cashier interface.
All deposited funds must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in your own legal name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise specified. Withdrawal requests must be made to a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account, and to withhold any Balance pending investigation, in the following circumstances:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be first referred to vjll's internal dispute resolution process. Players may submit a formal complaint by contacting the vjll support team via live chat. The Operator will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 14 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published player dispute resolution procedures. The courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above processes.
The Operator reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
